We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and plating
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Serve meals in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food service environment
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Strong skills in meal preparation and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent serving skills and customer service orientation
- Kitchen experience within the food industry is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt to special dietary requirements as needed
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if required
