Role Summary
Web Geeks Inc. is looking for ambitious and self-motivated Junior SaaS Sales Representatives to help grow our AI-powered business growth & automation platform designed for contractors, service businesses, and growing companies.
For over 30 years, Web Geeks has helped businesses grow through digital marketing. Now, we’re expanding into the future of AI-powered marketing, communication, and business automation.
This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity for someone looking to break into high-ticket tech and SaaS sales. We’re building the sales structure from the ground up, which means there’s significant room for growth, leadership, and long-term earning potential for the right people.
This role is best suited for highly driven individuals who are motivated by performance, personal growth, and uncapped income potential.
What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce prospects to Aloha Sales and how it helps businesses automate communication, marketing, follow-up, and customer management
- Generate and manage leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business pain points
- Present software solutions in a simple, confident, and consultative way
- Follow up with leads consistently through phone, email, text, and social communication
- Collaborate with our internal team to improve sales systems, scripts, and processes as we continue building the department
- Learn the fundamentals of SaaS sales, automation systems, AI tools, and high-ticket consulting sales

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable talking with business owners and professionals
- Coachable and willing to learn new systems and sales strategies
- Confident using technology, social media, and online communication tools
- Ability to stay organized and follow up consistently
- Positive attitude with resilience and persistence
- Sales experience is an asset but not required; we are open to training the right person
Bonus:
- Experience in customer service, sales, trades, hospitality, fitness sales, or business development
- Interest in AI, technology, SaaS, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Experience using CRM systems, social media, or marketing tools
