Join our team as a New Home Sales Assistant and become a vital part of our real estate journey in the Greater Edmonton Area! With our headquarters nestled in St. Albert and projects extending throughout the Edmonton region, we're looking for a dynamic individual to support our New Home Sales Professionals. Your role will involve a variety of tasks such as handling documentation, welcoming visitors to our model homes, addressing inquiries, managing email communication, and assisting potential buyers with their interest in our properties. You will also contribute to the upkeep of our sales environment, ensuring promotional materials like signs are well-placed and visible. If you are passionate about the real estate market, excel in customer interactions, and bring creative solutions to the homebuying experience, we want you on board! Your dedication will be key in driving our home sales forward, often working within challenging timeframes.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in ensuring all signage is placed as required, including their current status.
- Ensure that handouts and brochures are available
- Assistance in weekly Active Campaign updates (show home traffic reports)
- Assist in competitive shop analysis of other competitors within subdivision.
- Ensure marketing collateral is available
- Greet prospective and Existing clients
- Assistance with filling out contracts and other sales documentation for potential new customers
- Assistance in returning client messages or telephone calls
- Assistance in sitting with potential new homeowners to answer questions
- Track and execute lot holds or further lot updates on developer websites
- Assist in managing the lot inventory with NHSP, provide data driven information used in the selection of model homes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Residential Home Building Industry an asset
- Able to communicate articulately – verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to potential buyers
- Administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Able to work independently
- Able to follow instruction without continual follow up
- Able to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn through constructive feedback
- Experience in using Adobe Software is a requirement
- Experience in using Word and Excel is a requirement
- Manage marketing priorities and being able to multi-task
EXPERIENCE:
- Residential Home Building: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Relations experience required
