Physical + Psychological Health and Workplace Safety:
- Power tool engagement, handling & maintenance.
- Safety practices and Prevention: adherence to the code of conduct, wearing personal protective gear, dressing weather appropriately, working safely along roads and in public spaces, safe heavy lifting, crouching, pushing, and transporting.
- Working in various weather conditions including extreme cold, heat, rain, wind, storms, sun. Staying hydrated, well nourished, and taking frequent brakes.

Opportunity Details:
- Loading and off-loading trucks, wheelbarrow and preparing and tidying jobsites.
- Fill in Employee Handbook daily. (job and site details, duration, weekly plant identification)
- Operating gas powered and heavy tools such as lawn mowers, aerators, tillers.
- Lawn mowing, trimming and blowing off lawn and outdoor spaces.
- Assisting in the creation of Softscape Installations: preparing jobsites, digging, edging, planting, watering.
- Maintaining residential and commercial outdoor spaces: pressure washing, weeding, pruning, trimming, raking, mulching.
- Assisting in Advertisement and Promoting.
Other duties may be assigned as business needs arise.
