About the Role
Whole Health is seeking a driven and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead our Central Fill and Mail Order pharmacy operations in Oakville. This is a senior, non-patient-facing role focused entirely on operational excellence — ideal for a pharmacy professional who thrives in a high-volume, technology-forward environment. You will oversee the daily operations of two pharmacy entities, managing workflow, technology, staffing, and compliance. Salary: $125,000–$135,000

What You'll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of Central Fill and Scale RX pharmacy locations
- Manage production workflow, throughput, and quality control in a high-volume, non-retail environment
- Lead and develop pharmacy staff, including technicians and support personnel
- Manage technology systems, automation equipment, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with OCP regulations and organizational policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report on operational KPIs
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and senior leadership on strategic priorities
What You Bring
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a central fill, mail order, or high-volume pharmacy environment
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, automation, and production workflows
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage technology platforms and troubleshoot operational issues
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Retail pharmacy management experience is an asset
- Background with McKesson, Shoppers Drug Mart Central Fill, Pocket Pills, or similar organizations considered a strong asset
