We're in need of a bartender, part-time for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at Soos.
At least 2 years' experience working in a restaurant bar or cocktail bar required. Classic cocktail knowledge is a must; basic beer and wine knowledge is required and a familiarality with South East Asian ingredients a bonus. Experience as a server is also favourably.
Bartender is responsible for service drinks,a small bar section (8-9 seats), and all bar related duties. Tip pool is split evenly with servers.
Shift starts at 4:00pm and runs to approximately 11:30pm.
