Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Foreman/Supervisor/ Lead Hand to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, knowledge of construction processes, and equipment operating ability. This role involves coordinating with our Senior Supervisor, managing daily operations on-site, coordinating teams, operating equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards to deliver projects.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities with the Senior Supervisor, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications
- Lead and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate project activities
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage co-workers on site.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations on construction sites
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to construction supervision are preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to Operate Equipment while on site.
Pay: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
