Service Advisor
Job Description
Woodstock NB Toyota is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and be able to provide customer service by answering questions and troubleshooting issues. In addition, the candidate will have the ability to build rapport with customers and be flexible in a changing environment. This position is responsible for assisting customers, identifying service needs, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities
·Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, including but not limited to: answering questions, and providing recommendations for repairs.
·Assist Fixed Operations Manager with daily tasks such as scheduling appointments for customers, scheduling appointments for Service Advisors, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
·Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
·Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
·Perform other tasks as assigned by Fixed Operations Manager.
- Have the ability to effectively handle cash and P.O.S machines.
Present repair orders to clients.
Experience
·High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
·Previous experience in the automotive industry or customer service environment preferred.
·Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
·Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently.
·Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; must be able to move up to 50 pounds without assistance from another employee.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
