We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly detail-oriented Client Experience Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in launching a career in the insurance industry while working alongside a team of high performers who enjoy helping one another succeed. This is an in-person position based in Halifax Regional Municipality.
What You'll Do:
As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you'll help create exceptional customer experiences by:
- Greeting clients as they arrive at the agency
- Handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate agent
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Scheduling annual insurance reviews and client appointments
- Confirming upcoming appointments
- Billing and payment services
- Managing calendars for the agency team
- Maintaining accurate client records and documenting conversations
- Updating client files with a high degree of accuracy
- Supporting proactive communication with existing clients
- Working collaboratively with the agency team to deliver outstanding service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, sales, banking, hospitality, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience using Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Insurance experience is welcome but not required.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check.
