We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Process Management
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation through final delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and overall progress
- Maintain and update project documentation and reporting tools
- Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to client and stakeholder needs
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Support project costing, related documentation
- Coordinate procurement activities with external vendors and suppliers
- Monitor project budgets and resource requirements to support successful execution
Qualifications & Experience
- University or college degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within a production, or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with vendors, purchasing processes, and operational workflows considered an asset
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with technical design software is considered an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Salary: $60,000-$70,000
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
