In this role, you will support our senior advisors in delivering exceptional financial planning and investment management services. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans and investment strategies for clients.
- Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and financial planning techniques.
- Support client relationship management through regular communication and follow-up.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services.
- Knowledge of financial planning principles and investment products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software.
- CFP designation considered an asset.
