Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to perform High rise window cleaning.
Facade inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial structures. This role requires working at heights using specialized rope access techniques to ensure safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rigging, mechanical systems, and the operation of various task like managing a crew and task risk analysis, particularly within the rope access or similar environments. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects that demand precision, safety awareness, and technical expertise.
Duties
- High rise window cleaning
- High rise maintenance on building facades
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on structures at elevated heights using rope access methods.
- Perform rigging setup and ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document work performed accurately and report any issues or hazards identified during inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in rigging and working at heights using rope access techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment and structural systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices.
- Strong understanding of safety standards within rope access environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly.
- Good communication skills for reporting findings and coordinating with team members.
- Relevant certifications in rope access, fall protection, or related fields are highly desirable. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to safety, technical excellence, and teamwork in demanding environments.
