Are you a positive, motivated, detail‑oriented financial professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing environment?
At Great West Radon, we’re not just another service company—we’re on a mission to protect families from the dangers of radon exposure. As we expand, we need a strong financial foundation to support our growth. That’s where you come in.
This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, accuracy, and ownership. You’ll be the person who keeps our financial engine running smoothly—managing day‑to‑day accounting, payroll inputs, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month‑end processes. You’ll also support leadership with reporting, financial insights, and strategic decision‑making.
If you’re looking for a role where your work truly matters—and where you can grow with a company making a national impact—this is it.
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Full-Cycle Accountant / Controller to take ownership of our financial operations. You’ll manage everything from coding expenses to preparing month-end reports, ensuring our multi-location business runs smoothly and accurately.
This role will also support our RCI business, processing their financials using the same systems and structure as GWR.
You’ll work closely with our operations, sales, and leadership teams, and you’ll play a key role in building the financial systems that support our expansion.

- Maintain AP and AR, including vendor payments and customer invoicing
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll liabilities
- Prepare month-end reporting packages
- Develop business reporting that supports leadership decision‑making.
- Work with leadership to develop financial priorities and support strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain and improve our Chart of Accounts and coding structure
- Support payroll processing (hours, new hires, terminations, adjustments)
- Track truck payments, insurance, warehouse costs, and multi-location expenses
- Prepare GST/PST filings and support year-end preparation
- Work with leadership to support budgeting and financial planning
- Maintain accurate financial records for a growing, multi-location operation
- Process financials for our RCI business using the same systems and structure as GWR.
What Makes This Role Special
- You’ll build the financial backbone of a company that saves lives
- You’ll have ownership, autonomy, and the ability to shape our systems
- You’ll work with a supportive leadership team that values accuracy and structure
- You’ll be part of a growing organization with national impact
- You’ll help create clarity, stability, and scalability across the business
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or junior accounting experience
- You’re strong in QuickBooks Online and comfortable with multi-location coding
- You’re organized, accurate, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- You understand AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll inputs, and month-end processes
- You’re proactive and take ownership of your work
- You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams
- You enjoy building structure and improving systems
- You’re a positive, motivated individual with a personality that fits our energetic, supportive team culture.
