Qualifications & What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Aesthetician and/or Laser Technician
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
- Strong experience performing laser hair removal plus treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and microneedling
- Experience working with medical-grade lasers and IPL technology
- Proven consultation and sales ability, including treatment planning, package building, ethical product recommendations, and client conversion
- Strong communication skills with a professional, client-centered approach
- Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable assisting with room turnover, cleaning, and maintaining clinic standards
Treatment Experience Required:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Laser Facials
- Laser Spider Vein Treatments
- Laser Pigment Removal
- Microneedling
- Chemical Peels
- Customized Medical Facials
- Dermaplaning
- Microdermabrasion
Assets (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Cynosure technology
- Knowledge of ZO Skin Health and Glymed
- Experience creating social media content and capturing consented before-and-after photos/videos
- Strong retail and skincare recommendation skills

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments safely and confidently
- Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional client care and build long-term client relationships
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinic standards
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and treatment excellence at every visit
- Assist with client check-in/check-out and overall clinic flow
- Support clinic growth through content creation and social media involvement
