Job Overview
Osmow’s Collingwood is hiring a full-time Team Member to support both front and back-of-house operations. This role is ideal for a motivated and dependable individual who can maintain excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation, cleanliness, and day-to-day restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and support food preparation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system and process transactions accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
- Take customer orders and ensure order accuracy
- Restock inventory and maintain organized workstations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and operational procedures
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is considered an asset
- Ability to handle POS transactions confidently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and shift work
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks when required
