Duties
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts regularly using accounting software such as PBS Systems to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely payments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and revenue streams to support financial planning.
- Maintain and update accounting records accurately within various accounting software platforms.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles within a dealership or similar environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as PBS Systems or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail for account analysis and reporting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and systems; experience with multiple accounting platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial statement preparation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $31.00-$41.00 per hour
