Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced equipment mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of all mechanical systems such as electrical, hydraulic, fuel, a/c, transmissions and engines. Candidates must be capable of diagnosing and repairing a variety of machinery that includes tractors, excavators, skid steers, pay loaders, balers, disc mowers and tillage equipment. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Our technicians always ensure that equipment is functioning optimally and safely.
Duties
- Perform maintenance and repairs on all types of machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot all types of mechanical system issues
- Replace or repair defective parts, components, or systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technician with a MANDITORY MINIMUM of 5 years
- Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Must have own tools
- Must have strong computerized diagnostic skills

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
