Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Packing Line Supervisor, the Packing Line Worker is responsible for packing vegetables according to Randhawa Farms Ltd. quality standards in an efficient and timely manner. The worker is expected to maintain productivity, quality, teamwork, and reliability while following all food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Pack vegetables according to company quality standards and customer specifications
- Inspect and remove defective or non-compliant product
- Maintain productivity targets and efficient workflow on the packing line
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked during shifts
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures
- Report quality, safety, or equipment issues to supervisors immediately
- Work cooperatively with supervisors, QA staff, and team members
- Follow instructions and assigned tasks in a fast-paced production environment
- Assist with cleaning duties and maintain sanitation standards at the end of shifts
- Follow all workplace safety policies and wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain respectful workplace conduct and follow all HR policies
- Accurately follow timekeeping, break, and attendance procedures
- Be available for overtime and longer shifts during peak production periods
- May be required to perform additional duties related to packing operations as assigned

Pay: $17.85 per hour
