Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk/Receptionist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is vital in maintaining accurate data records, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent front-desk support. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic office environment while developing valuable administrative skills.
Job duties will include:
- Data Entry & Customer Service via phone and email.
- Writing bills of lading into the system.
- Scheduling delivery appointments.
- Tracking/tracing and updating shipments.
- Other general office duties as assigned.
- Group Benefits after 3 Month probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into various databases and ERP systems
- Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide professional reception support
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Assist with data collection, verification, and reporting tasks
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve workflow
Pay: $25.20-$31.04 per hour
