TASKS INCLUDE:
1 Managing daily office operations and reporting to president of the board
2 Managing member communications and engagement, including the L571 website, social media and the newsletter
3 Engaging in member retainment and recruitment strategies
4 Managing financial matters in collaboration with and oversight by the President, vice president the secretary treasurer and our external accountant
5 Coordinating and complying with the CFM/AFM offices and other locals
6 Sourcing and coordinating other member employment and education opportunities
7 Working with the President and secretary treasurer to coordinate board and committee member meetings
8 Community relations along with the President and vice president.
9 Act as a signing authority
Salary range $50-52k per year (pension & health benefits in addition)
Full time hours including office hours, evening and weekend community events, and other admin hours as needed (~35hrs per week)
