Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service, Delivery, and Warehouse Support professional to join our team. This role involves assisting with warehouse operations, delivering products to customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of heavy lifting, experienced in warehouse environments, and possess strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
DUTIES:
- Clean rental equipment as per company standards following the Universal Precautions protocol and system 5
- Inspect and repair (if required) all rental equipment upon return to and before departure from warehouse
- Maintain a neat and organized warehouse, removal of garbage and cardboard from building
- Maintain the integrity of inventory database
- Rental equipment / supply order picking and preparation when assistance is required
- Stock handling and inventory control
- Cycle counting (counting an inventory shelf) each month
- Assist with deliveries
- Ensure proper paperwork, with an emphasis on client confidentiality, is completed as per policies and procedures.
- Attend training courses as deemed necessary or beneficial
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as required
COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- computer skills
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with warehouse procedures is a plus
- Valid commercial driver’s license
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more) regularly throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
- Physical ability to move items efficiently within the warehouse environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
