Position: Automotive Sales Executive

Rockcliff Auto is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our growing team. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or you are new to the industry, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ambition to build a successful career in automotive sales.
This position is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, improve, and grow within the automotive industry. Training and guidance will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is driven by results and wants more than just an hourly job.
Earning Potential:
Average sales representatives in this industry earn approximately $2,800 – $6,500+ per month, with higher earning potential based on performance, dedication, and ability.
Compensation Includes:
- Base allowance provided: $800 – $1,200/month (based on experience and performance)
- Competitive commission structure
- Growth opportunities within the dealership
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with customers and understanding their vehicle needs
- Building strong customer relationships and providing excellent service
- Presenting vehicles and assisting customers through the buying process
- Negotiating deals and closing sales
- Following up with leads and converting opportunities into sales
- Coordinating vehicle pickups and drop-offs when required
- Assisting with dealership operations and maintaining a professional environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to negotiate and think critically
- Valid G/G2 license preferred
- Willingness to learn about vehicles and the automotive industry
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
