*Position:* Door-to-Door Marketing Representative
*Location:* Mississauga, Ontario (field-based)
*Type:* Full-time
*Compensation:* Base pay CAD $17.60/hr + commission + Fuel Charges.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- In-person prospecting visits to target businesses
- Presenting Starworks’ recruitment & staffing solutions to HR and hiring managers
- Securing introductory meetings and consultation commitments
- Distributing branded marketing materials
- Reporting daily visit logs and prospect feedback
*Requirements:*
- Prior field sales or B2B experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
Pay: $17.60 per hour
