Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating counterbalance forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within our warehouse or production facility. The successful candidate will ensure efficient material handling while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Forklift: Safely operate counterbalance forklifts to transport goods and materials throughout the facility.
- Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring accurate placement and organization.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and tracking items as they move in and out of storage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe lifting techniques.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of materials handled, movements, and any discrepancies observed during operations.
Qualifications:
- Must have Valid Forklift License
- Must have minimum 1 year forklift driving experience
- Ability to work alone or within a team environment
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Training Timings: Afternoon (1:00pm - 09:00pm) for First Two weeks.
Shift Timings : 9:00pm - 5:0am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
