Summary
This full-time in-person role is responsible for the servicing of new and existing accounts in Youngs Commercial Lines Department. The ideal candidate will be RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker) licensed and have a minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Salary commensurate with experience $60K - $70K
Assertive, highly motivated team players with initiative, you possess the ability to manage multiple priorities. Able to provide the best service to satisfy the needs and expectations of our clients. The ability to multi-task and stay organized coupled with strong communications skills to work hand and hand with senior brokers in expanding your commercial knowledge.
Education
- Insurance industry knowledge/experience
License/Certification
- RIBO License required
- CIP or CAIB designation (or working towards)

- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Commitment to positive team dynamic
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to respond to time-sensitive deadlines
- Experience on SigXP and/or Epic is an asset
