About the Role
World Gym is looking for a reliable, energetic, and caring Kids World Attendant to help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children while their parents work out.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, stays calm under pressure, and thrives in an active environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and children with friendly, professional customer service
- Check children into Kids World alongside their parent or guardian
- Ensure all children are safe, supervised, and engaged at all times
- Entertain children through age-appropriate activities and play
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive Kids World space
- Handle situations calmly and responsibly
Please note: This role does not include diaper changes or feeding.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Early Childhood Education certification or relevant education/experience
- Clear criminal background check
- CPR Level C & AED certification (adult and infant)
- Strong multitasking skills
- Calm, patient, and responsible demeanour
- Physically active and comfortable standing, moving, and playing with children
