Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Coffee Roaster & Packager to join our team at our South Landing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about coffee and quality production.
Responsibilities
- Roast coffee according to company standards
- Package products accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Ensure product quality and consistency
- Assist with general production and inventory tasks
Requirements
- Passion for coffee and quality products
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have reliable transportation (location is not transit accessible)
- Previous experience in food production or coffee roasting is an asset, but not required
