Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Summer Camps Instructors and Coordinators to lead engaging and educational summer programs for children. This role involves organizing, and supervising a variety of camp activities designed to foster creativity, teamwork, and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, possess strong leadership skills, and be committed to creating a safe and fun environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and physical activity.
- Lead daily camp activities, ensuring they are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with program goals.
- Supervise children during all camp activities, maintaining a safe environment at all times.
- Coordinate schedules, manage group dynamics, and facilitate positive interactions among campers.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of camp staff and volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and camp policies.
- Maintain organized records of attendance, activities, and incident reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching children is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute engaging activities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members professionally.
- Ability to work flexible hours during the summer season.
- A genuine passion for fostering a positive learning environment for young learners.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
