Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Properly store, label, and rotate food products using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
- Monitor food inventory and notify management of shortages or supply needs.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating as required.
- Support special events, catering, or seasonal menu changes when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar food service role preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler Certification or equivalent (preferred or required based on local regulations).

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
