- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility of merchandise.
- Employ upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Manage time efficiently while balancing multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus.
