Full-Time Salaried Real Estate Agent – Pre-Construction Specialist

Compensation:
CA$60,000.00 per year base salary ($5,000 per month) + high commission & bonuses
Training Period:
This position begins with a 1–2 week unpaid internship/training program to fully onboard you to our systems, processes, and pre-construction sales strategies before transitioning to the full salaried role.
Work Schedule:
- 4 days per week in-office: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Half days on both Saturday and Sunday
About the Role:
The pre-construction condo market is heating up again, and My Condo Source is growing fast. We are looking for driven, full-time Real Estate Agents to join our in-office team at the Shops of Don Mills and specialize in high-return pre-construction sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary focus on pre-construction condo sales, including Platinum VIP events, new project launches, and investor clients
- Work directly with top GTA developers and gain access to exclusive projects
- Oversee the full sales process for pre-con properties
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (Ontario)
- Highly motivated, energetic, and sales-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Comfortable with the full-time in-office schedule (including weekend half days)
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required — we value drive and dedication more
