We build commercial signage for retailers, franchises, and developers across Canada — channel letters, illuminated boxes, pylons, fascia signs, and ACM facade work. We're growing and we're raising our bar. We're looking for a fabricator who takes real pride in clean, precise, finished work.
This role is for you if:
- You have hands-on sign fabrication experience and can work from shop drawings
- You have a genuine artistic eye — you notice the 2mm gap, the uneven paint edge, the seam that should be tighter, and you fix it before anyone asks
- You care about how the finished product looks, not just whether it functions
- You can move between tasks: channel letter assembly, welding, painting/finishing, ACM/routing, prep, and final QC
What you'll do:
- Fabricate channel letters, sign boxes, fascia and pylon signage from drawings and specs
- Handle finishing work — paint, assembly, detailing — to a premium standard
- QC your own work and flag issues before product leaves the shop
- Work alongside our production and design teams to get details right the first time
What we're looking for:
- 3-5+ years in sign fabrication (or closely related metal/finishing trade)
- Strong skills in at least two of: welding, painting/finishing, channel letter fabrication, ACM/routing, assembly
- The detail and craftsmanship instinct we described above — this is the part that matters most to us
- Ability to read shop drawings and work to spec
- Reliable, organized, and takes ownership of quality
Nice to have:
- Experience with vinyl, print finishing, or LED/illuminated signage
- Familiarity with CNC/router work
- Comfort in a fast-moving shop juggling multiple jobs
