Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the particularly in Full Service / Upscale, Fine Dining and Scratch cooking background, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire staff, manage budgets, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer service.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.

Manage staff recruitment, training development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.

Implement effective shift management practices to optimize staffing and operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Coordinate banquet services and manage bar operations to enhance guest experiences.

Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.

Address customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry. (FULL SERVICE, UPSCALE, FINE DINING)

Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of menu development and food presentation.

Demonstrated ability in training development and team building to enhance staff performance.
