We’re currently hiring an experienced Driver/Crew Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Lead moving crews on a daily basis, ensuring move is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Rockstar Movers’ standards of excellence
- Provide hands-on moving expertise through crew supervision, vehicle operation, and client interaction while leading by example
- Train and support crew members on-site, while fostering teamwork, respect and accountability on every job site
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout every move
- Safely operate company moving trucks
- Load, unload, wrap and protect customer belongings
- Complete vehicle inspections and maintain truck readiness
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding job progress and customer feedback
Requirements
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Valid Ontario G or D licence & clean driver’s abstract
- Able to safely handle and move customer belongings with care and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, hard-working, and adaptable
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Ability to reliably commute to designated meeting locations or job sites
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous moving and supervisory experience
- Previous truck driving experience (min 1 year operating 16-26’ trucks)
- Experience working in customer-facing environments
