Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain product knowledge of inventory and financing options
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position. Successful candidates can earn substantial income based on performance, effort, and results.
