Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across email marketing, eCommerce, social media, content creation, and SEO. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to help maintain brand consistency, improve customer engagement, and support online sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Email Marketing
- Creation and scheduling of email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Build and format emails using templates and brand guidelines
- Support promotional campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
eCommerce Support
- Assist with product launches and promotional setup
- Assist with third-party accounts
- Write and publish blog content aligned with brand voice
- Research relevant topics, trends, and keywords
- Collaborate on educational, promotional, and SEO-focused articles
Social Media
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms
- Assist with content planning and campaign coordination
- Engage with community comments and messages when needed
- Support creation of reels, stories, and lifestyle content
SEO
- Support ongoing SEO optimization efforts
- Assist with keyword research and on-page SEO updates
- Optimize product descriptions, blogs, and website copy
- Use AI tools and SEO platforms to identify opportunities, optimize copy, and improve search visibility
- Monitor rankings and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Klaviyo email marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to continuously learn new technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Bonus Skills
- Shopify experience
- Basic graphic design or Canva experience
- Photography or short-form video editing
- Experience using AI tools for marketing or content creation
- Experience working with consumer brands or eCommerce companies
After orientation, this can become a hybrid role with some onsite and some remote work. GROSCHE offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
Some travel will be required for tradeshows and marketing events in Canada and internationally as well.
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
