Realstar is currently seeking a part-time Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team to join us at one of our properties in Peterborough. These roles come with the opportunity to live on-site, with a schedule that includes one weekday, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts.

The Opportunity

Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service. Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
- Minor maintenance repairs
- Preparing apartments for new residents
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
