Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for a Product Knowledge Creator to fill a technical role within the Sales and Service team in St. Brieux, SK. The focus of this position will be to develop/document after-sales learning tools for dealers, service technicians and retail customers. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and grow their Bourgault product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and edit training/instructional materials for dealers, service techs and customers
- Create and edit digital media (modules and courses within our online Learning Management System, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
- Consult with the Sales & Service team to understand the set-up and operation of Bourgault equipment, in order to document effective instructional content
- Dependent upon knowledge and experience, this individual may also provide in-field training to dealers to ensure they are proficient with set up and start-up of seeding systems.
Required Skills/Experiences
- Highly level of competency with computer programs and video equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team
- Effective oral and written communication
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems (training will be provided to the right candidate)
- Working knowledge of current farming practices, as well as Bourgault products and their operation is an asset
- Enjoy a hands-on work environment that supports being self-directed

Wage Range
$22.27 - $39.55 (Starting wage is dependent on experience)
