Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Reports to: Product Manager
Department: TechnologyKey Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones for multiple tech development projects
- Coordinate with development team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Provide regular project status updates to business stakeholders, including executives and non-technical teams
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear translation of technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Support project planning and kick-off meetings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management experience in a tech startup or software development environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Technical aptitude and ability to work with development teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML projects or cloud technologies (GCP, AWS)
- Familiarity with web development projects
