Job Description:
Carpenters complete tasks provided by the Operations Manager. Skilled Carpenters must have a minimum of 5-10 years of carpentry experience, a strong understanding of math, be capable of using hand and power tools efficiently and effectively, and are expected to maintain a clean jobsite and perform workflow as directed by Operations Manager / Lead Carpenter.
Responsibilities:
- Take instructions from Operations Manager & Lead Carpenters.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Understand all Design & Architectural drawings for upcoming projects
- Use all hand tools and power tools with no supervision
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of math, including fractions, geometry, metric & imperial
- Record daily activities digitally to be submitted to the Operations team on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of carpentry/construction experience
- Ability to lift 50-70lbs on a daily basis
- Have a strong understanding of math, including fractions, geometry, metric & imperial
- Extensive knowledge of house framing, deck framing, window & door hanging, and finish work (residential construction)
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm
Operating hours are between 7am-6pm with standard hours being 8am-4pm.
