Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of Family Law experience in Alberta
- Confident, client-focused, and comfortable managing files independently
Compensation & Benefits
- $150K+ projected annual earnings, with compensation structured as salary + bonus or commission split (your choice)
- Highly achievable billable targets—focus on practicing law, not chasing hours
