JoeyAi is a creative agency focused on building brands, campaigns, and content that connect with audiences across digital platforms. We work with leading real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer brands, creating thoughtful design and storytelling that drives engagement and results.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a three-month contract. This role is ideal for a highly creative designer who can confidently manage multiple projects, develop compelling visual concepts, and bring brands to life across social, digital, and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality creative assets for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
- Develop and execute creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, account managers, and clients to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Create engaging social-first creative that performs across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality control across deliverables.
- Support the development of campaign concepts, mood boards, and creative presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute strategic and creative thinking during brainstorming and campaign development sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for basic motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platform best practices, and content formats.
- Experience creating presentation decks and client-facing materials.
- Familiarity with collaborative design workflows.
