You have:

1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

A hospitality-first mindset, with a desire to keep learning

A calm, kind, and steady presence with guests and team members, especially under pressure
-
Comfort supporting scheduling, daily organization, and clear communication on shift
-
A sense of ownership in your role with a willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and improve
-
The ability to support cost controls for beverage, labour, and supplies, following systems and standards with care

Availability to work evenings and weekends

Valid Serving It Right and FoodSafe Level 1 certifications

Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food, and wine is considered an asset
