Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced mechanics to apply their expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to repair or assemble vehicle components
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Work with heavy lifting equipment to handle large parts or assemblies safely
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines
- Assist in the assembly of vehicle parts or systems as needed
- Read and interpret technical schematics to identify problem areas and solutions
Experience
- Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for automotive applications
- Knowledge of automotive schematics and diagnostic procedures
- Experience with vehicle maintenance, assembly, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or part replacements

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
