The Chief Financial Officer serves as a critical partner to ownership and operations leadership, advancing profitability, operational excellence, cash‑flow results, and strategic initiatives enterprise‑wide This position demands a finance leader who is both strategic and operationally engaged, capable of advancing long‑range initiatives while improving daily business execution alongside operations.
- Lead core finance functions including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management.
- Partner with ownership and executive leadership to drive strategic growth, profitability, and overall company performance.
- Lead operational and financial optimization efforts across multi‑facility manufacturing sites.
- Advise leadership on growth strategy, profitability improvement, capital allocation, and operational priorities.
- Oversee cash‑flow management, liquidity planning, and working‑capital optimization efforts.
- Manage banking, lender, and external financial relationships, ensuring compliance and timely, accurate reporting.
- Partner cross‑functionally to enhance pricing strategy, margins, cost structure, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee manufacturing finance functions, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital expenditures.
- Support strategic transactions and investments including acquisitions, integration efforts, capital investments, and broader growth initiatives as needed.
- Build and lead a high‑performing finance organization by developing a strong, capable finance and accounting team.
THE SKILLSET:
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Prior CFO experience required.
- 10+ years of progressive financial experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive background in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Experience working closely with executive teams.
- ERP systems experience required.
