Position Summary
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pump Technician/Millwright, will be responsible for dismantling pumps, replacing worn components (seals, impellers, bearings), and ensuring systems run efficiently and safely.
This position is fulltime and is based out of our Lloydminster location
Time Commitment
5 days on, 2 days off, on call as required. You may be required from time to time to work outside these hours and away from home base as the need arises. Schedule may be altered at the discretion of management.
Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following):
The Wellsite Technician will be responsible for assisting clients identify equipment needs; completing rental agreements; processing equipment returns, completing inspections and necessary equipment cleaning and maintenance

Inspection & Diagnosis: Dismantle, inspect, and evaluate pumping equipment and compressors to determine wear, damage, and root causes of failure.

Maintenance & Repair: Rebuild and repair pumps, gearboxes, and mechanical seals. Fabricate or modify parts using machine tools if necessary.

Installation & Alignment: Position, install, and align rotating equipment to ensure exact tolerances.

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, lubricate bearings, check vibration levels, and perform preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected equipment downtime.

Documentation: Write detailed inspection reports, maintain maintenance logs, and fill out forms to support order processing and warranty assessments
Required Competencies

Journeyman Millwright certification preferred

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or rotating equipment repair

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Working Conditions

Ability to lift heavy parts, work in confined or elevated spaces, and safely follow all site-specific safety protocols

Willing to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions
