Now we’re looking for a proven sales hunter to help us grow.
The Role
This is not an order-taking role.
We’re hiring a Senior Sales Representative focused on NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT—someone who can open doors, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and generating new B2B clients
- Building a pipeline across industries (retail, construction, manufacturing, agencies, etc.)
- Leading the sales process from first contact to closed deal
- Working with our internal team to bring projects to life
- Managing and growing accounts after initial wins
What You’ll Be Selling
- Large format printing (window, wall, floor, fleet graphics)
- Construction signage & hoarding
- Trade show & event displays
- Retail rollouts & POP programs
- Custom, high-impact visual solutions
Who You Are
You’re a closer with a track record.
- 3+ years in B2B sales (print, signage, construction, or similar industry preferred)
- Strong at cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person)
- Comfortable selling high-ticket projects ($5K–$100K+)
- Confident presenting to decision-makers
- Highly organized and self-driven
- You don’t wait for leads—you create them
