Key Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Respond to customer, distributor, and sales representative inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare accurate quotations and professional sales proposals.
- Conduct site visits, customer meetings
- Prepare formal quotations using standard pricing and approved discount structures.
- Maintain and reference current price lists.
- Follow up on quotations, open orders, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project execution.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team growth.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, commercial sales, or sales support.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong customer service skills with a solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, MoveWare, Salesforce) and moving estimation software is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
