Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in all types of siding installation with preference given to candidates that have the ability to use an aluminum brake to complete custom bends (ie: capping, fascia etc) As well looking for someone who has experience with installation of soffit, fascia and eavestrough. This role requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. We are NOT looking to subcontract for this position.
Duties
- Install various products according to specifications ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and complete installations.
- Apply caulking and other finishing touches to ensure a polished final product.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Installer
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks.
- Working at Heights certificate a plus
- Strong physical stamina for prolonged installation, can't be afraid of heights.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation of materials to job sites.
