We are looking for a results-driven Controller, with experience in the industry, who will play a pivotal role in taking H.T. Pneumatic Rebuilders Inc. to new heights of financial and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving financial excellence in a dynamic business environment.
Job Description & Qualifications:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and enhance profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Take our company to the next level by being creative, and developing new business plans/opportunities, and overseeing our overall performance
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support business operations
Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to senior management
Must have a CPA or MBA designation
Minimum of 8 years experience in the air tool industry (experience working at Mac Tools, Snap-on, or a similar business is a bonus!)
Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals
